Job Position: Header Welder
Location: Claremore, OK 74017
Pay Rate: $20.00 $25.00 an hour (DOE)
Shift: Monday-Friday 5: 00pm
Stand-By Personnel is currently seeking an experienced Header Welder for a growing industrial facility. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for skilled welders looking to join a fast-paced manufacturing team.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG and/or Stick welding on header components and assemblies
Fit, align, and secure materials prior to welding
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and production specifications
Ensure welds meet quality, strength, and safety standards
Grind, clean, and finish welds as required
Inspect completed work for defects and make necessary corrections
