Clarion Hotel® Oslo is in search of a talented and enthusiastic Head Waiter to join our dynamic team. We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, has a passion for food and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
**What you'll do**:
- Coordinating, leading and assisting the banquet team during events.
- Train new staff, assigning duties and addressing any issues arising during service.
- You’re the primary point of contact both towards our guests; greeting and seating, presenting menus, taking orders and ensuring special requests or dietary needs, and towards our kitchen; together with the kitchen staff coordinate the service.
- Contributing to a positive, safe & engaging work environment.
- Making sure we have stock in house for the coming events, and plan ahead.
- Working closely together with Conference & Banquet Manager to make sure we deliver on events, and reach our targets.
