We manufacture cosmetics for some of India's fastest-growing D2C brands. GMP-certified.

We need one person to own everything that moves - raw materials, packaging, finished goods, dispatches. Inward to outward. Nothing moves without you knowing, logging, and owning it.

This is not a storekeeper role. This is a senior operations leader who builds systems and holds a team accountable to near-zero variance.

You will own:

• GRN, issuance, dispatch - end to end
• Physical stock = ERP stock. Always.
• FIFO, shelf-life, GMP compliance across all stores
• Direct management of store keepers and inventory assistants
• Weekly MIS to the CEO

We will measure you on:

• Inventory accuracy 99%
• Physical vs ERP variance
• Zero same-day GRN backlog
