Urgent Hiring | Head – Steel Melt Shop (SMS)
Industry: Alloy & Steel Manufacturing
Location: Delhi NCR
Compensation: ₹30–35 LPA (Best in Industry)
Ideal Candidate
· BE/BTech in Metallurgy, Mechanical, or Production Engineering; MTech preferred.
· 18–25 years of experience in alloy steel manufacturing.
· Minimum 8 years of leadership experience in an IF-based Steel Melt Shop.
· Strong hands-on exposure to LRF, VD, and CCM operations.
· Proven experience in serving automotive and forging customers.
· Strong leadership capabilities with a data-driven and result-oriented approach.
