• Provide high‑quality head spa treatments including scalp cleansing, massage therapy, steaming, and detox rituals.
• Conduct scalp consultations and recommend suitable treatment plans and home care products.
• Educate clients on scalp and hair health, including product usage and lifestyle guidance.
• Prepare treatment areas and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.
• Maintain detailed client records for return visits and personalized care.
