Job Responsibilities

• Conduct scalp analysis and consultations to assess clients' scalp conditions and hair health, recommending appropriate treatments.
• Perform scalp and hair treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, hydration, and massage therapies to promote hair growth and relaxation.
• Apply specialised hair and scalp products such as serums, tonics, and herbal treatments based on individual client needs.
• Provide client education and aftercare advice on scalp care, hair routines, and lifestyle practices to maintain healthy hair.
• Ensure proper sterilisation and hygiene of tools, equipment, and treatment areas in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service, building strong client relationships and personalised treatment plans to encourage repeat visits.
