Head Sommelier (M/W) - Avaton Luxury Beach Resort

As Head Sommelier at Avaton Luxury Beach Resort, you will lead our wine program while managing a curated collection of 400 wines and serving as an integral member of our service team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our wine list, educating both guests and staff, and implementing systems to ensure excellence in wine service and inventory management.

**Key Responsibilities:** - Curate and update the wine list, ensuring a diverse selection of wines that complements our culinary offerings - Conduct wine tastings and educate guests on the various characteristics, origins, and flavors of different wines - Assist guests in selecting wines that pair well with their chosen dishes, considering their preferences and budget
