The Head Softball Coach will:

Oversee all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure.

Lead student-athletes to a strong team structure that develops student-athlete experiences and competitive team results

Ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules.

Meet recruiting goals as established by the athletic department is a vital part of this position.

Organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.

Develop strong alumnae connections

Other duties as assigned.
