Job Description

NEW restaurant opening - An exciting opportunity for an experienced restaurant Head Pastry Chef with Dubai experience to join this established hospitality group currently expanding into the Middle East.
 The ideal Head Pastry Chef will have a background in fine dining or high-end restaurants, with proven expertise in Italian cuisine.
Requirements:
Currently based in the Middle East, ideally the UAE with previous experience in the region
Proven experience as a senior Pastry Chef in fine dining or luxury restaurant environments
Expertise in Italian cuisine is essential
Strong leadership, creativity, & kitchen management skills
A keen mentor with an exceptional eye for detail
Experience in new restaurant openings beneficial

Salary Package: Negotiable dependent upon experience
