Salary: £36,672-£39,462 per annum (dependent on experience)
Actual Pro Rata Salary: £33,455-£36,001 per annum
Contract: Full Time, Term Time Plus Insets (Permanent)

You will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning, promoting excellent attendance and behaviour, and supporting students to achieve outstanding academic and personal outcomes.
This is a non-teaching leadership role , ideally suited to a dynamic individual with strong organisational and interpersonal skills who is passionate about pastoral care and student wellbeing.
