Head of Workplace Experience & Facilities (Spain)

Scopely is looking for a Manager, Workplace Experience to join their Workplace and Real Estate Team in Barcelona. In this role, you will oversee daily operations and support workplace projects across Spain, ensuring quality service across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract requiring regular presence in the Barcelona hub and travel to Sevilla.
