Lenskart is coming to Europe, and Barcelona is where it begins. We've built one of the world's fastest-growing eyewear brands, with 1,500+ stores and counting across India and international markets. Now we're opening our European chapter, and we're looking for the person who will define what walking into a Lenskart store feels like on this continent.

This is a rare build-from-the-ground-up role. You won't inherit a playbook;
you'll write it. From our first European flagship to the rollout that follows, you'll shape the look, the mood, and the moment of arrival that turns a passerby into a customer and a customer into a fan. If you've ever wanted to plant a flag for a brand in a brand-new market, this is that role.
