Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the corporate HSEQ strategy, framework, and policies to mitigate risks and support business continuity.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA 1994 (and its amendments), Environmental Quality Act 1974, and all other relevant Malaysian laws and industry guidelines.

Quality Governance: Oversee the maintenance, auditing, and continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), specifically ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018.

Incident & Risk Management: Lead comprehensive risk assessments, incident investigations, and root‑cause analyses, ensuring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are effectively implemented.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Act as the primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities (DOSH, DOE), clients, contractors, and parent company representatives.
