Head of Sub-Assembly & Marine Manufacturing

Phoenix Marine Manufacturing in Atlantis, South Africa, seeks an experienced Head of Sub Assembly to lead the Carpentry, Joinery, Corian, Upholstery and Spray Painting divisions. You will drive production planning, quality, safety and continuous improvement while developing Supervisors and Team Leaders.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong communication, planning and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple departments to meet production targets.
