Head of Strategic Projects Financial Support

Our finance team is looking for an experienced colleague to tackle the finances behind our business development initiatives and investments. The role implies:·Regular support for key Company projects, incl. buy-side and sell-side M&A activities, legal entity carve-outs, new product/technology launches, and strategic partnerships. ·Delivering insights for CFO and CEO decision making·Development and performance analysis of strategic projects.·Supervising project calculations, estimating the project’s relevance to the Company’s investment strategy·Financial modeling, valuation analyses, tax structuring, financing structuring·Day-to-day project management and execution support, incl the coordination of information flows and cooperation with both internal and external project teams (HQ, strategic consultants, and investment companies)Requirements:·Master’s degree in finance;·5+ years of experience (preferably within Telco, Big Four, Investment sectors) and deep knowledge in fi...
