What you will do
We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our Service and Project Delivery division, overseeing all service operations and project execution activities. This role ensures high-quality service, successful project delivery, and sustainable business growth. It provides technical leadership in building services solutions while managing a large team and driving service sales performance.
How you will do it
Lead and inspire a large team across service, sales, and building services (including HVAC and BMS) project functions
Develop team capabilities, manage performance, and foster a positive, collaborative work culture
