Job Summary
The Head of Security is responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's overall security strategy to ensure the protection of employees, company assets, manufacturing operations, warehouses, offices, and critical business information across all Dermorepubliq facilities. The role is accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive security programs, policies, and procedures that safeguard the company's people, property, intellectual property, raw materials, finished goods, and supply chain while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS), and other regulatory requirements.
