The responsibilities will include but not be limited to -
Define and execute the research agenda in alignment with the firm's investment strategy. Build and maintain a structured research process covering bottom-up stock picking, industry analysis, and thematic studies. Ensure high-quality, data-backed investment theses with clear valuation frameworks. Lead, mentor, and scale a team of equity research analysts across sectors.
