Head of Ready to Operate CCUS Location: Zug, CH, 6300 Pay Type: Salary Role Overview The Head of Ready to Operate will be responsible for developing and training the Operations and Maintenance organization to safely and sustainably run the future CO₂ value chain in combination with the existing cement facilities. He/she will develop structures for the future Operations and Maintenance organization, ensure SOPs and procedures are in place, ensure tools and training are defined and provided for operating and maintaining the facilities. He/she ensures operations management and maintenance management systems are in place and uploaded with the required data. He/she will also integrate the Plant of the Future requirements and define the minimum requirements for the CO₂ value chain.
