Your Tasks Perform the duties assigned in the Responsibility Matrix for occupational safety, energy, the environment, and health protection. Serve as the BPS team leader at the plant, lead RACE activities throughout the plant’s organization to ensure compliance with defined objectives, and facilitate regional BPS coordination Ensure the qualification of plant teams in accordance with the BPS Skills Matrix and monitor the progress of BPS training plans, providing support through training and coaching in BPS and standardized work.
