Head of Product
Job Summary
Reporting to the Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO), the Head of Product will lead the company's product function, owning product strategy, prioritisation and execution across Solvace's portfolio of enterprise software products.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on product leadership. You will work closely with customers, Product Managers, Engineering and Data teams to ensure customer needs are translated into clear product outcomes and delivered effectively.
A key focus of the role will be helping Solvace evolve into a more AI-enabled product organisation, identifying opportunities to embed AI and data-driven capabilities across the product portfolio while ensuring Product Managers have the skills, processes and technical understanding required to work effectively with customers and engineering teams.
