Role Purpose
The Head – Prayer Tower Operations is responsible for the overall operational leadership, performance, and service excellence of all Prayer Towers across India. The role ensures every Prayer Tower functions efficiently, maintains the highest standards of prayer ministry, delivers an exceptional experience to every visitor, and aligns with the vision, mission, and values of Jesus Calls.
The incumbent will provide strategic direction, operational governance, people leadership, performance management, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement across all Prayer Towers.
