Head of Performance Creative — Hybrid, Hamburg

ahead GmbH in Hamburg is seeking a seasoned Head of Performance Creative to build and lead a high-output team. You’ll translate product insights into world-class briefs, scripts, and territories, overseeing founder ads, UGC, in-house shoots, and motion graphics.

You’ll design creative systems, set QA standards, mentor editors, designers, and copywriters, and partner with Performance, Brand, Product, and Retail to align messaging across EU markets.
