Our client are a highly reputable and growing organisation who operate within the retail industry. They are committed to providing the highest level of service to their customers and clients and are looking for a new Head of P&C to help drive the business goals and ambitions forward. 

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a senior position and forms part of the senior leadership team. The successful candidate will have full ownership of the P&C function and will take responsibility for the delivery of the business' strategic people plans, alongside ensuring excellent day to day people services for the business and driving compliance and governance in all areas.
