GenBlu is evolving from a motorcycle loyalty programme into a broader lifestyle, rewards and ecosystem platform that connects riders, dealers, brands, merchants and partners into one scalable loyalty and lifestyle network. We are entering our next phase of growth—scaling from our current member base toward 5 million and ultimately 10 million subscribers.

What you’ll do

• Own the partnership‑led growth strategy that scales GenBlu's membership well beyond its current base.
• Build acquisition channels with partners: auto‑enrolment for new motorcycle buyers, dealer registration drives, referrals, co‑branded campaigns, event check‑ins and merchant‑funded sign‑up rewards.
• Set and hit acquisition targets by partner, campaign, channel and vertical.
• Grow engagement beyond servicing bikes—increase active members, repeat participation, points earning and redemption, and lifetime value.
