Head of Operations, Global IB School Network

Yael Schools Network seeks a Director of Operations to oversee all non-academic operations as the organization scales from pre‑opening to full operation across locations. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure operational excellence, and align with network policies and strategy.

The role requires senior operations leadership, strong financial literacy, and expertise in HR, facilities, procurement and compliance to support growth and mission across a distributed school network.
