Head of Operations

We are a fast-growing and dynamic international company with European roots and operations across six countries. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and highly organized Operations Director to lead and optimize our global operations, build scalable systems and turn the company’s strategic vision into measurable results.

You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic development, supporting market expansion and maintaining strong communication with strategic partners and stakeholders.

In this role you will oversee daily operations, lead department heads and implement data-backed processes that enable efficiency, transparency and growth.

Additionally you will act as a trusted partner to the CEO supporting key strategic initiatives, setting operational KPIs/OKRs and driving company-wide execution across markets.
