Job Summary

The Head of Operation Performance Execution is accountable for ensuring that approved plans, forecasts, and KPIs are consistently translated into delivered outcomes across all Geothermal and Wind assets.

The role operates as the execution enforcement layer within the Business Performance function, responsible for tracking performance against approved baselines, identifying gaps, and enforcing accountability through structured escalation and action closure.

Structurally positioned within Business Performance and aligned to the Finance Business Partnering framework, the role acts as the execution arm of financial governance across assets. It ensures that performance expectations set through planning and forecasting are effectively delivered in operations, through close functional partnership with Divisions.
