You think in systems, not tasks. You see a supply chain not as a series of steps but as a machine you can optimize, automate, and scale. You've managed end-to-end operations in a DTC or e-commerce environment — from sourcing in Asia through 3PL fulfillment to last-mile delivery. You obsess over inventory health the way a growth marketer obsesses over ROAS. You negotiate with suppliers like you're spending your own money. And when something breaks at 2am, you've already built the contingency plan that kicks in automatically.
As Head of Operations, you will own and optimize all operational systems across supply chain, fulfillment, and customer service. You are the person who ensures that every product moves from our China-based suppliers through quality control, into our US 3PL warehouses, and into the hands of our customers — on time, on budget, and at the quality they expect.
