𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
– Oversee daily operations, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization of MT5 / cTrader, website, CRM, and back-office systems
– Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 platform stability
– Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks; lead major incident resolution and post-mortems
– Optimize end-to-end client lifecycle processes including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance
– Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to improve efficiency and client experience
