JOB SUMMARY:
The Head of Operations is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including managing and leading the departments: Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, Workforce/Partner Management and Performance Monitoring. 1. Multi-Department Management & Coordination
- Supervise the entire operations of the company and related departments
- Close coordination between Marketing – Ops – CS – Workforce to ensure overall efficiency
- Optimize costs, productivity and service quality in each stage
2. KPI Tracking & Operational Efficiency Optimization
- Establish, monitor, and evaluate daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for each function.
