Head of Operation | Forex Broker

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization of MT5 / cTrader, website, CRM, and back-office systems
• Design and implement high-availability and disaster recovery strategies to ensure 24/7 platform stability
• Build monitoring, alerting, and incident response frameworks; lead major incident resolution and post-mortems
• Optimize end-to-end client lifecycle processes including onboarding, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance
• Collaborate closely with Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Customer Support teams to improve efficiency and client experience

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above; QS Top 200 universities preferred (Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related fields)
• Minimum 5 years experience in fintech or FX/CFD brokerage operations or technical operations
