About the Role We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to own how SCRYPT shows up in the institutional digital asset market - and to build the function that gets us there - across content, brand, demand generation, and PR. You set the marketing strategy, own the budget, and build and lead the team - hiring and developing the marketers, demand-gen ICs, and agencies who execute against it. You’ll stay close to the work, shaping the institutional voice and the biggest narratives yourself, but your mandate is to build a marketing engine that scales beyond any single contributor - and to make SCRYPT the most credible brand in institutional crypto to banks, asset managers, family offices, and fintechs.
