YOUR TASKS
- Lead and manage all maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and achievement of KPIs.
- Implement and oversee TPM, preventive, and autonomous maintenance systems.
- Plan and optimize resources, budget, and spare parts management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet operational goals.
- Develop and support maintenance staff through training and performance management.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Strong experience in maintenance management within manufacturing.
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and preventive maintenance systems.
