Head of Kitchen — All-Day Dining Excellence

Hilton Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen operations in a luxury hotel environment. You will plan, prepare and oversee high quality food and beverage offerings, ensuring consistency with recipes, standards and plating guides.

You will maintain HACCP compliance, manage costs and inventories, train staff, and drive continuous improvements in menus and service. The role requires extensive experience in top-tier hotels and a strong command of English.
