The Arbutus Club is seeking an experienced and passionate Head of Junior Development to join our Tennis Department. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all junior tennis programming while also contributing to adult instruction, event delivery, and member engagement. Working closely with the Director of Tennis, the successful candidate will play a key role in developing players, growing participation, and delivering exceptional tennis experiences for members and their families.
