Head of IT Service Management & Audit-Ready MSP

CRH Talento en IT is seeking a Head of Service Management to lead our ITIL strategy across Managed Services. This role will drive service maturity, ensure audit readiness, and align operations with ITIL practices across customer environments.

You will own the Service Management Office, oversee audits, evidence control, SLAs, KPIs, and continual service improvement while influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
