Key Responsibilities:
Act as IT Lead within a large digital Transformation project consisting of ERP, EPOS and O365 Tenant Consolidation Workstreams Develop, implement, and manage ITIL processes to ensure efficient and effective IT service management. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and value for business needs. Drive operational excellence by continuously evaluating and improving processes, technologies, and vendor performance. Enhance customer service by providing training to employees on software and hardware usage, troubleshooting issues, and offering technical support as needed.
