Job Description
Responsible for leading and managing the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure the availability, reliability, security, scalability, and performance of critical technology services.
The role oversees data centre and disaster recovery facilities, servers, storage, networks, communication platforms, end-user computing, and related infrastructure services while driving operational excellence, resilience, and continuous improvement to support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the organization's IT Infrastructure Strategy, Roadmap, and Technology Modernisation initiatives aligned with business and ICT objectives.
- Lead and manage the operation of Data Centre, Disaster Recovery Centre (DRC), Servers, Storage, Operating Systems, Networks, and Enterprise Communication Platforms to ensure high availability, reliability, and performance.
