Head of Independent Living
Hybrid with a weekly presence at either our Milton Keynes, Rushden, Peterborough or Boston office
Permanent, Full Time
We're looking for an experienced and inspiring leader to join Amplius as our Head of Independent Living. In this key leadership role, you'll be responsible for delivering our Independent Living strategy, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused services that support people to live independently and thrive within their communities. You'll lead high-performing teams, build strong partnerships with local authorities and stakeholders, drive service improvement and growth opportunities, and ensure services remain compliant, sustainable, and responsive to customer needs.
Salary: £72,034.08 (Plus car allowance of £5,661.02)
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Your week: 36.25 hours – Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5:00pm with a 1-hour break
