Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's business goals.
Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on organisational design, workforce planning, and people initiatives.
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement.
2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
Lead compensation and benefits strategy, including salary benchmarking and market competitiveness analysis.
Review and enhance compensation structures, incentive schemes, and employee benefits to attract and retain talent.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulatory requirements.
