**The role and key responsibilities**
NCC Industry is looking for a Head of Health and Safety to lead and further develop a best-in-class Health and Safety function. You will play an active role in the business area, as well as in the Group Health and Safety function, contributing to overall development and collaboration across the Group. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing strategies, processes, and systems to make informed strategic decisions and capitalize on market opportunities. NCC has a decentralized organization, and as Head of Health and Safety, you will drive the strategic goal of reducing common accidents and eliminating serious incidents and fatalities within your Business Area. This includes building relationships with colleagues and subcontractors, tracking progress on shared initiatives.
