Head of Facility ManagementLocation: Matehuala, MX
Job objective Administer and authorize the integration of Facility Management processes within an organizational unit, with homogeneous functions to maintain and develop services and facilities that support and enhance the effectiveness of the core business and site occupants.
Responsibilities Support the strategic planning of the department/unit by breaking down or developing the strategic planning for the group, within a short or medium‐range time frame.
Plan and administer the budget in their area of responsibility, in cooperation with the supervisor, and make sure there is compliance with it.
Cooperate in personnel planning within their area of responsibility in cooperation with the supervisor; employ qualified personnel.
Provide technical and disciplinary leadership to associates that report to him/her; make personnel decisions in cooperation with the HR department and the supervisor.
