Location: Harrow (HA3)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.15pm (36hrs per week)
Pay: £57.03ph paid weekly via umbrella (inside IR35)

Duties
To act as the Clients lead officer for Statutory Building Compliance, ensuring all corporate, school, and community assets meet health and safety, fire, and water hygiene regulations.
To lead the strategic and operational delivery of Facilities Management (FM) services, overseeing a large multi-disciplinary team comprising both technical Hard FM and frontline Soft FM services.
To provide professional leadership for a hybrid delivery model, managing high-value external contracts alongside significant self-delivered services including Cleaning, Security, and Catering.
