Head of External Resources & RMS

Main Objectives

To ensure that standards and procedures established by the company and airline customers are met & maintained. Ensure that sufficient staffing is available, proper human resources and staff allocation is achieved and that manpower suppliers provide the necessary capable resources to fulfil the requirement as determined by BAS to meet operational needs in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner.

Main Duties

o Ensures that RMS generates a roster that meets the operational requirements.

o Ensures that the External Resources department accommodates requests for external manpower whenever needed.

o Ensures that the Head of Resource Planning liaises with Resource Planning administration team members assigned by the department heads to do the necessary changes with regard to the roster of their employees.
