Head of Events & Community Experience

START Helsinki is seeking a Head of Events to lead the event experience and shape the community-driven program. You will own the event strategy, calendar, and end-to-end execution, from concept to delivery, coordinating logistics and budgets with the finance team.

You will work closely with partnerships, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful events, while building and supporting the events team and gathering feedback to continuously improve the experience.
