As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Head of Engineering to lead their development function and play a key role in delivering their ambitious product roadmap.

This is a genuine leadership position where you'll be responsible for building capability, driving delivery excellence and creating a high-performing engineering culture. While you'll bring a strong technical background, particularly with PHP and Laravel, this role is about leading people and delivery rather than being the most hands-on developer in the team.
