Head of Engineering (.NET)

We are looking for a Head of Engineering for one of our growing products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the backend and frontend engineering team (10 people) – 60% leadership, 40% hands‑on tasks
• Apply microservice and service‑oriented architecture principles in practice
• Own code quality, code reviews, and technical design
• Ensure the stability and reliability of the department's infrastructure
• Define and execute the technology strategy to align with business goals
• Develop and improve intelligent routing, including RL / Q‑learning approaches
• Build resilient services using patterns such as idempotency, saga, outbox/inbox, and retries
• Ensure application‑level reliability: performance, correctness, and resilience
