We are seeking an experienced, student-centred leader to head our guidance team and strengthen whole‑school wellbeing and pastoral support. The position commences Monday, 16 March 2026 or by negotiation.

This role works closely with SLT, Deans, whānau and external agencies to ensure clear referral pathways, effective support, and safe practice.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has proven leadership in guidance/pastoral care (or closely related)
• Demonstrates sound judgement, discretion, and strong communication
