Head of Delivery – Cambuslang

Salary: £69,200–£86,500 per annum

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the team to deliver licence area / district business plan outputs in line with financial, regulatory and business plan objectives while maximising return on investment and optimising return through incentive mechanisms.
• Prepare and manage budgets and monitor appropriate cost information from relevant financial systems, focusing on minimising discretionary spend and ensuring proactive cost control and scheme closures within defined timescales.
• Analyse business performance to ensure ongoing delivery of outputs are completed within unit and authorised prime costs, to required quality standards and within required timescales, identifying opportunities for future improvement.
• Lead and drive the efficient and effective delivery of performance targets including, but not limited to:
  • Customer Minutes Lost, Customer Interruptions
